| Beschrijving voorzijde | Janiform male head depicted facing, presenting two bearded male profiles conjoined back-to-back, each rendered with deeply carved archaic features including a full flowing beard and tightly curled hair. The heads are shown in three-quarter relief with strong sculptural modeling characteristic of Thasian coinage of the early Classical period. The field is plain and unlettered, with the janiform composition filling the flan. The style reflects the vigorous artistic tradition of northern Aegean Greek minting. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large amphora (oinochoe) with prominent handle occupies the left field, rendered in strong relief with a tall neck and wide body. To the right, a kantharos is depicted, its characteristic wide mouth and ring handles clearly delineated. Both vessels rest above a decorative scroll or meander ornament at the base of the design, all contained within a square incuse punch. The inscription in Greek letters is distributed around the field. The composition is a hallmark of Thasian civic coinage referencing the island's renowned wine trade. |
