| Opis rewersu | Quadripartite incuse square divided by two intersecting diagonal lines into four sunken triangular quadrants, the standard mill-sail pattern characteristic of Chersonesean coinage. In two diagonally opposite recessed quadrants appear a lighted lamp and a pellet respectively, serving as magistrate or issue control symbols. The letter H occupies one of the raised quadrants, functioning as an additional control mark. The incuse treatment is crisp and deeply struck, typical of the city's prolific and well-organised mint output. |
