| 裏面の説明 | Quadripartite incuse square divided into four equal compartments by a raised cross, with two diagonally opposite quarters bearing symbols in relief: the upper-left quarter contains a pellet and a thymiaterion (incense burner) or similar object, while the lower-right quarter displays the Greek monogram or letters AΓ; the remaining two quarters are plain and sunken. This standard reverse type is characteristic of the autonomous silver coinage of Chersonesos in Thrace and served as a regular identifying feature throughout the series. |
