| Beschrijving keerzijde | Standing female figure, identified as Ennodia or a local goddess associated with Pherai, depicted in three-quarter view facing right, draped in a long chiton and himation. Her right arm is extended forward, holding what appears to be a wreath or floral offering, while her left arm hangs at her side. Beneath her feet or to the lower left is a decorative wreath or radiate symbol. The ethnic inscription of Pherai appears to the right of the figure, reading partially ΦΕΡΑΙΩΝ. The composition is bold and typical of late fourth-century Thessalian civic coinage. |
