| Reverse description | The Achaian League monogram occupies the central field, accompanied above by the civic monogram of Tegea (ΘΗ). To the left stands the letter Tau (Τ) and to the right Epsilon (Ε), serving as additional magistrate or civic control marks. The entire design is enclosed within a laurel wreath, a characteristic compositional feature of Achaian League coinage issued by member city-states. The arrangement follows the standard typology established for Peloponnesian federal silver issues of the late Hellenistic period. |
