| Reverse description | Incuse square divided into four quadrants by a raised cruciform pattern, two quadrants left plain and two bearing incuse symbols: the upper-left quadrant contains an incuse retrograde letter or mark resembling an archaic Greek character, accompanied by a pellet above, while the lower-right quadrant bears a cursive or monogram symbol. This characteristic incuse reverse type is typical of Chersonesos coinage of the fourth century BC and served as a die-control or magistrate mark. |
