| Obverse description | Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic style with finely engraved hair bound by a laurel wreath, the locks falling in detailed striated waves. The youthful, idealised facial features are characteristic of Apollo's divine iconography as employed by Lycian civic mints of this period. The portrait fills the flan with no surrounding legend or border. |
