Reverse description A large, finely rendered bunch of grapes suspended from a curving vine branch that arches across the upper field, with a lobed vine leaf prominently displayed to the left. The grapes are depicted in high relief with individual berries clearly delineated, conveying naturalistic detail characteristic of civic bronze coinage from the Troad region. The ethnic legend ΠΕΡΠΕΡΗΝΙΩΝ is inscribed along the lower periphery in Greek letters. The composition fills the flan boldly, leaving minimal flat field.
