| Obverse description | Draped half-length bust of a Maenad facing right, her hair bound in a sphendone headdress with loose flowing locks framing the face. The figure is rendered in fine archaic-to-classical Greek style, with delicate facial features, a slightly open mouth, and naturalistic drapery visible at the truncation.
