Obverse description Forepart of a bull striding to the left, rendered in fine archaic style with carefully engraved striations delineating the musculature and neck folds. The animal is depicted with curved horns and a pronounced, naturalistic head, the body shown in profile with forelegs visible. The design occupies a smooth, slightly convex electrum flan with no legend or inscription in the field.

Reverse description Incuse head of a roaring lion facing left, rendered in bold relief within a shallow incuse square, with open jaws revealing teeth and tongue, and finely engraved mane striations framing the face. To the right of the lion's head, a smaller rectangular incuse punch is impressed into the flan, a characteristic feature of early Lesbian electrum coinage. The composition is entirely anepigraphic.
