Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in fine high relief with carefully articulated hair bound by a wreath, the strands swept back in flowing waves. The facial features display the idealized naturalism characteristic of fourth-century BC Lesbian coinage, with a prominent brow, almond-shaped eye, and slightly parted lips. A small earring is visible at the lobe, further emphasizing the refined artistic quality of the die engraving. The portrait fills the flan with confident centrality, set against a plain, polished field.

Reverse description An amphora with two prominent handles rendered in high relief at center, set upon a raised rectangular plinth or table, all within a plain incuse square. Flanking the amphora on each side in the lower field are two stylized arrowhead or ivy-leaf symbols serving as subsidiary devices. The composition is neatly framed by the incuse border, and the amphora's rotund body, stepped foot, and wide mouth with flanged rim are rendered with precise three-dimensional modeling, typical of the accomplished die-cutting tradition of Mytilenean electrum coinage.
