| Reverse description | Quadripartite incuse square divided into four recessed compartments arranged in a cruciform pattern, with alternating raised and sunken sections creating a distinctive windmill or swastika-like effect. The incuse is deeply struck and irregular in outline, consistent with archaic hammered coinage technique. The surface within each quadrant is rough and unpolished, bearing the characteristic texture of the anvil die. No legends, symbols, or subsidiary devices are present. This type of reverse is typical of early Greek electrum fractions from the Asia Minor coastal mints. |
