| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by a bold two-line Arabic legend in archaic Naskh script, reading 'Nasir al-Dunya / wa al-Din' (Helper of the World and the Faith), a laqab (honorific title) of the sultan. The script is deeply struck and bold, filling the flan entirely, with no border or decorative elements. The irregular, thick flan is characteristic of hammered copper coinage of the Gujarat Sultanate. The surfaces show a brown patina consistent with extended circulation. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field bearing a two-line Arabic legend in bold Naskh script, reading 'Al-Sultan / Ahmad Shah', identifying the issuing ruler as Sultan Ahmad Shah I of Gujarat. The inscription fills the entire flan with large, deeply incuse lettering typical of early Gujarat Sultanate hammered copper issues. No mint name or date appears, consistent with the undated (ND) convention of this series. The reverse exhibits the same irregular fabric and brown copper patina as the obverse. |
