| Reverse description | Central field displays a large crowned Saxon-Polish coat of arms, with the divided shield showing the Saxon bend and the Polish eagle alongside the Lithuanian Pahonia, all surmounted by an electoral crown. The date appears divided to either side of the shield, with the denomination numeral and the legend MONETA NOVA 1 HALERZ inscribed around the periphery within a beaded border. The overall design is consistent with the pattern coinage struck at Leipzig for the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth under Augustus II. The execution reflects the precise die work characteristic of early eighteenth-century Saxon mint production. |
