| Reverse description | Plain white ground carrying a block of Arabic text arranged in five centred lines within a thin rectangular border, printed in black letterpress. No illustrative elements are present; the composition relies entirely on the typeset message addressed to the Iraqi civilian population. |

Produced by the U.S. Army's 4th Psychological Operations Group during Operation Desert Storm, this leaflet was part of a massive air-dropped campaign — an estimated 29 million leaflets were delivered over Iraqi-held territory in the weeks before and during the ground offensive. The program is widely credited with contributing to the mass surrenders that characterized the 1991 ground war, which lasted just 100 hours.
The "Bloody Flag" series specifically targeted Iraqi troop morale by invoking casualties and the futility of continued resistance. Condition varies sharply — field-recovered examples show fold damage and exposure, while some were collected intact by Coalition personnel.
