| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned bust of Sigismund I the Old within a beaded inner circle, the king depicted in armor with a draped mantle visible at the shoulder. The crown is ornate with floral finials and a prominent cross at center. The effigy is rendered in a late Gothic to early Renaissance style characteristic of the Toruń mint. A continuous Latin legend reading SIGIS I REX PO DO TOCI PRVSS runs along the outer margin, separated from the inner circle by a beaded border. |

| Reverse description | Centrally positioned Prussian eagle displayed, wings spread, facing right, with a small shield on the breast bearing a crown, all executed within a beaded inner circle. The eagle's feathers are rendered with fine detail in the hammered style. The date appears at the top of the legend, and the surrounding Latin inscription reads GROSS COMV TERR PRVSS with the year, denoting the common grosch of the Prussian lands. A beaded border separates the central device from the outer legend. |
