| Reverse description | Full-length frontal figure of Saint Prosdocimus, the first bishop of Padova, depicted in episcopal vestments with a nimbus around his mitered head. The saint holds a pastoral staff (crozier) in his left hand and raises his right hand in benediction. The figure stands within a pointed oval mandorla or architectural frame. A mint-mark letter appears in the lower field. The surrounding peripheral legend in uncial Latin characters names the patron saint, contained between an inner linear circle and an outer beaded border. |
