| Obverse description | Central field features a plain cross pattée set within a beaded inner circle, dividing the field into four quadrants. The cross arms extend to the inner circle, rendered in the typical Gothic hammered style. Surrounding the inner circle, a circular legend in Latin occupies the broad flat border, inscribed in Gothic characters.
