Reverse description The central field is divided by a vertical line into two distinct heraldic quarters: the dexter side bearing the Jerusalem cross potent accompanied by four smaller crosslets, representing the Kingdom of Jerusalem; and the sinister side displaying three fleurs-de-lis arranged on a plain field, representing the house of Anjou. The entire device is set within a beaded inner circle, with the surrounding uncial Latin legend referencing the County of Provence and the county of Forcalquier.
