Reverse description Long voided cross with decorative cusped or crescent-shaped ornaments in each of the four angles, dividing the field into quadrants, each containing a portion of the mint legend. A beaded inner border frames the cross design, with the mint legend in Gothic uncial characters distributed across the four quadrants and continuing into the outer legend. The design follows the standard gros format common to Scandinavian and northern European coinage of the early 15th century.
