| Beschrijving keerzijde | An ornate cross pattée divides the field into four quarters, each containing a heraldic shield: the arms of Austria (fesse) positioned at top, Carinthia to the right, Styria below, and Tyrol to the left. The cross arms are elaborately decorated, lending a Gothic aesthetic consistent with late 15th-century Habsburg coinage. The circumferential legend in Latin uncial reads MONETA • NOVA • AVREA • COMITIS TIROL, identifying this as the new gold coinage of the Count of Tyrol. |
