Reverse description Within an inner circle, a feathered tournament helmet rendered in profile, beneath which is suspended a coat of arms bearing an eagle. The design closely imitates the type of the Deventer goldgulden, reflecting the deliberate imitative character of this emission. The overall execution is crude and uneven, consistent with the irregular hammered technique employed. A circular Latin legend runs between the inner circle and the beaded outer border, punctuated by star and pellet stops.
