| Reverse description | A standing nude putto, identified as the Genius of the Arts, faces the viewer in the centre of the composition, holding a laurel wreath in each outstretched hand — the left hand extending the wreath toward a large canvas or painting propped at left and surrounded by artistic attributes including a sculptor's head, palette, brushes and rolled documents, while the right hand extends toward a marble block at right. The word CONANTI arches across the upper field, and a three-line inscription in the exergue identifies the issuing institution and engraver. |
