Reverse description A disjointed horse galloping right, rendered in the abstract Celtic style typical of southern British Iron Age coinage, with body segments separated in the characteristic manner of the Selsey series. The tail is depicted as a triple form with pellet terminals. The horse's ear is composed of two curves forming an oval shape. Below the horse, an eight-spoked wheel occupies the lower field, while the charioteer's schematised arms appear above. A curved zig-zag exergual line runs beneath the composition, dividing the design from the lower field.
