| Описание аверса | Highly stylised and abstracted Celtic design derived from the classical wreathed head prototype, rendered in the characteristically schematic Late Iron Age British manner. The obverse field displays a complex arrangement of curved and interlocking linear elements, residual vestiges of the original Macedonian stater obverse, reduced to near-geometric abstraction. The surface retains traces of gold plating over a bronze flan, consistent with a contemporary counterfeit or subaerate issue. The irregular flan edges and variable relief are characteristic of unofficial Icenic production. No legible inscription or lettering is present. |

| Описание реверса | Stylised Celtic horse facing left, rendered in the schematic linear tradition of Icenic coinage, with a disjointed body composed of elongated curved lines. Above the horse's back appears a prominent triad of pellets along with additional pellet groupings distributed across the upper field, a diagnostic feature of the Norfolk Wolf type. Beneath and around the horse are further abstract elements including linear ground lines and additional pellets. A vestigial wolf or canine figure, characteristic of this series, may be present in the field. The gold plating on the bronze flan is partially preserved, with areas of green bronze corrosion visible, consistent with a contemporary counterfeit of the period. |
