| Obverse description | Central design composed of four radiating leaves arranged symmetrically on a pair of crossed wreaths, forming a stylised cruciform pattern characteristic of the Winchester type. The leaf motifs are rendered in the fluid, abstracted Celtic artistic tradition, with pellet and scroll embellishments filling the surrounding field. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hand-struck Celtic quarter staters of this period.
