The design is heavily abstracted, with curvilinear forms suggesting facial features — a prominent nose, eye socket, and flowing hair strands — reduced to bold, sweeping relief lines across the irregular flan. The surface exhibits significant wear and pitting consistent with a base-metal core, with remnants of the gold wash visible across raised areas. No legible inscription or legend is present; the field is plain and unadorned. |
