| Opis awersu | Enthroned figure of the lord seated frontally upon an ornate Gothic throne, rendered in high medieval style. Flanking the throne are two heraldic shields: the arms of Burgundy on the left and the arms of Pfalz/Bavaria on the right. The entire central design is enclosed within a polylobe of seven arcs, forming a cusped inner border. The legend runs along the outer rim with double annelet punctuation, with a secondary inscription in the exergue below the throne identifying Jacqueline as Duchess of Bavaria and Countess of Holland and Zeeland. |
