| Descrizione del rovescio | A bold Greek cross pattée centered within a ornate quadrilobe frame composed of four cusped arches, each lobe decorated with foliate trefoil terminals and small six-pointed stars at the intersections, all set within a beaded inner circle. The cross is rendered in high relief at the center of the quadrilobe, with a small pellet at its center. The surrounding field within the inner circle is plain. The peripheral legend in Latin capitals runs clockwise around the outer rim, separated from the inner design by a beaded border, following the standard decorative canon of Navarrese-Béarnais feudal gold coinage of the early sixteenth century. |
