Reverse description A floriated cross pattée with fleurs-de-lis terminating each arm, centered on the field and enclosing the mint letter K within a decorative interlaced monogram at its center. The four quadrants formed by the cross arms each display a stylized fleur-de-lis motif. The circumferential legend CHRISTVS VINCIT REGNAT ET INPERAT runs around the periphery within a beaded border, a common devotional formula on French royal gold coinage of the period.
