Beschrijving voorzijde King Kumaragupta I depicted in full regal attire, mounted on a horse advancing to the right, with his right arm raised in a commanding gesture. The royal effigy is rendered in the characteristic late Gupta artistic style, with elaborate ornamentation on the rider's garments and headdress. A Brahmi legend encircles the design in the field, partially legible, reading approximately 'ksitipatir ajito vijayi' with the remainder of the inscription lost beyond the coin's flan. The overall composition reflects the majestic imperial iconography typical of Gupta gold coinage of the early 5th century CE.

Beschrijving keerzijde The goddess Lakshmi, deity of prosperity and spiritual abundance, is depicted seated facing left in a formal frontal-turned pose, rendered in the refined linear style characteristic of Gupta period coinage. She is shown without her customary peacock attribute, distinguishing this as the 'Lakshmi without Peacock' subtype. A Brahmi legend surrounds the central deity in the field, bearing the royal epithet of Kumaragupta I. The die-work displays the high-relief engraving quality associated with the imperial Gupta mint tradition.
