Obverse description Youthful male head facing left, rendered in fine Hellenistic style, with luxuriant curling hair bound by a wreath or diadem, the locks falling in detailed waves across the temple and neck. The facial features are carefully modelled with a straight nose, slightly parted lips, and a well-defined chin. The portrait displays strong Greek artistic influence, consistent with the Etruscan adoption of Hellenistic coin iconography during the late 4th and early 3rd centuries BC. The field is plain, with no visible exergue line.
