The overall composition reflects the characteristic abstract dissolution of classical prototypes into purely decorative Celtic imagery, with no legible inscription. |

The horse's body is fragmented into curvilinear components, with a prominent arched neck and extended limbs shown in a galloping pose. A crescent device appears in the upper field above the horse.
