Obverse description Cruciform design composed of crossed wreaths, each formed by two solid parallel lines flanking a central corded line; the vertical wreath curves with its apex oriented clockwise, while the horizontal wreath remains straight. The wreaths terminate in ringed pellets at their outer extremities but not at the centre. A prominent pair of bold back-to-back solid crescents occupies the central field, widely spaced with pellets interspersed between them. Inscription letters appear in the angles of the cruciform design, accompanied by either a teardrop or a ringed pellet depending on the variant, reading V-E-R or V-E-R-L.
