Obverse description High-relief uniformed bust of Crown Prince Wilhelm facing right, wearing a military uniform with epaulettes and an order at the collar. A Prussian eagle shield appears in the lower right field. The legend to the left identifies him as Crown Prince of the German Reich and Prussia, and as Protector of the exhibition. Sculptor's signature J.A.WOLFF appears at lower left, with maker's mark A.WES BERLIN at lower right.

Reverse description At center, a downward-pointing sword entwined with a laurel wreath, surmounted by a flaming torch. Flanking the sword are two heraldic shields: the Berlin bear tower at left and the Prussian eagle at right. The legend ERINNERUNGS-MEDAILLE arcs around the upper field, with BERLIN = 1907 across the center. In the lower exergue, DEUTSCHE ARMEE·MARINE u. KOLONIAL AUSSTELLUNG appears in two lines. Maker's marks A.WES MÜNZE and BERLIN 13 appear in small letters above the lower legend.
