Reverse description Central field displays a bold cross pattée with flaring arms, set within a quadrilobe (polylobe) frame whose cusped lobes are embellished with small stars at their junctions and pellets in the spandrels. A beaded inner border encloses the central motif, while the circumferential legend in uncial Gothic lettering encircles the design, invoking the imperial authority of Conrad, King of the Romans — a traditional Genoese formulaic reference maintained throughout the medieval Genovino series. The strike is typical of hammered production, showing slight irregularity consistent with the period.
