Obverse description Crude hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in the field, executed in a bold, angular Naskh-derived script characteristic of Bahmani coinage. The inscription reads the honorific titles of Sultan Shams-ud-din Mohammad Shah III, distributed across the coin face without a defined border. The irregular flan displays typical die-struck unevenness with flat spots and surface granularity consistent with medieval Islamic hammered coinage. No figurative motifs or geometric ornaments are present; the entire design field is devoted to the calligraphic legend.
