| Beschrijving voorzijde | Heavily worn hammered copper flan bearing Arabic legends disposed across the field in two or three horizontal lines, typical of late Bahmani Sultanate coinage under Mahmud Shah III. The inscription, partially legible due to extensive surface corrosion and die wear, carries the royal titulature in a characteristic Naskh-style calligraphic hand. The field is flat and undecorated, with no border or marginal ornament discernible. Significant patination with green cuprite deposits obscures fine detail. The overall fabric is typical of the irregular, crudely struck fractional copper coinage of the Bidar mint. |
