Obverse description Hammered copper flan bearing a multi-line Arabic inscription occupying the central field, executed in a bold, somewhat cursive Naskh script typical of Bahmani Sultanate coinage. The legend reads the royal title and name of the sultan, Ala-ud-Din Ahmad Shah II, arranged in three horizontal lines within the coin's roughly circular border. The die-struck lettering is deeply impressed but uneven in relief due to the irregular flan. No figural imagery is present, consistent with Islamic numismatic convention. The field surface shows characteristic wear and slightly granular texture.
