Obverse description Full-length figure of Noris, the allegorical city goddess of Nuremberg, depicted in high relief wearing a mural crown and a classical draped skirt with a studded belt. She stands frontally with both arms raised, holding a laurel wreath in each hand, flanked by two smoking altars with cornucopias at the base. The date 1916-19 appears in the lower exergue.
