| 裏面の説明 | The Genius of the Caesar stands frontally, his head turned to the left, wearing a modius (grain measure) atop his head as an attribute of abundance and fertility. The figure is nude save for a chlamys (military cloak) draped over his left shoulder and falling at length behind him. In his right hand he extends a patera from which liquid flows as a libation, while his left arm cradles a cornucopiae. The divided legend GENIO CA-ESARIS flanks the figure, and the officina and mint mark appear in the exergue. |
