The two figures are rendered in symmetrical composition with outstretched wings and flowing drapery, a design type emphasising votive celebration and imperial perpetuity. The surrounding legend reads VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, proclaiming the joyful victories of the eternal princes.
