Each figure extends her right hand to offer a wreath and holds a palm branch in her left hand, symbolising imperial triumph and divine favour. The main reverse legend VICTORIAE DD AVGG Q NN encircles the type, translating as 'To the Victories of our two Lords and Emperors,' referencing Constantius II and Constans. The mintmark εSIS appears in the exergue, denoting the fifth officina of the Siscia mint. The overall design reflects the standardised late Roman Victory iconography adopted across multiple mints during the 347–348 period. |
