The composition is a standard Constantinian military type rendered in low relief with typical late antique stylization. The reverse legend GLORIA EXERCITVS appears in the field surrounding the figures, proclaiming the glory of the army. The mint mark appears in the exergue, identifying the Nicomedia mint and specific officina.
