Obverse description Laureate head of Constantius I facing right, depicted with a robust, naturalistic portrait in the late Tetrarchic style. The emperor's effigy is shown with a wreath of laurel leaves encircling the head, a hallmark of imperial dignity. The legend encircles the bust along the outer border, reading from lower left to upper right, contained within a beaded border. The portrait displays the characteristic short, cropped hair and strong facial features typical of Diocletianic-era coinage produced at the Cyzicus mint.
