Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Constantine II as Caesar facing left, wearing a cuirass visible at the shoulder. The youthful effigy is rendered in the late Constantinian style, with finely engraved hair beneath the laurel wreath and a short neck. The encircling Latin legend reads CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C, identifying the prince as Nobilissimus Caesar. A beaded border frames the entire design.
