| Beschrijving keerzijde | A cross with a floriated base and pellets at the three remaining terminals, occupying the centre of the field in a style combining Byzantine and Latin influences. The abbreviated name of the issuing prince, Bohemond I, is rendered in Greek characters distributed across the four quadrants of the cross. The design is boldly struck but characteristically irregular in flan preparation, as is typical of early Crusader hammered coinage. |
