| Obverse description | A large stylized Florentine lily (fleur-de-lis) occupies the center of the field, rendered in the Gothic manner with intricate cross-hatched lobes and scrolling foliage typical of 14th-century florin coinage. The lily rises from a hatched base and terminates in three distinct petals with fine decorative detailing. A circular legend in uncial Latin characters encircles the central device, separated from the field by a beaded inner border.
