Obverse description Central field displays the crowned imperial arms flanked by the subsidiary shields of Austria, Burgundy, and Hungary, all contained within a pointed quadrilobe frame in the Gothic style. The heraldic composition is rendered in fine relief typical of late 15th-century Flemish hammered coinage. A circular Latin legend in uncial lettering surrounds the quadrilobe, incorporating the date and the royal title of King of the Romans.
