| Beschrijving keerzijde | Standing figure of Saint László (Ladislaus), patron saint of Hungary, depicted in full royal vestments and crown, holding a long-handled battle-axe (his traditional attribute) in one hand and an orb or sceptre in the other. The saint is rendered in a frontal, hieratic pose within an inner beaded circle, consistent with the Gothic style of Kremnica Mint florins of the late 15th century. The surrounding Latin legend names him as the royal saint, distributed evenly around the border. Mint marks appear in the field flanking the figure. |
